About the CEO. My name is Leodalys Montero, and I am the proud owner of D’Laly’s Hair and Nails Salon Spa, with two locations in Boston, Massachusetts. As a certified hair extension specialist, professionally licensed cosmetologist, barber, and nail technician, I bring over 25 years of expertise to the beauty industry. My journey began at the age of 13, cutting hair in my family home to support my mother and younger sister. I am deeply passionate about my career, as it allows me to make each client who sits in my chair feel confident and beautiful. As a mother of four—three sons and one daughter—I cherish the values of family, care, and community, which I strive to bring to every service I provide.
